Missed appointments/appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the original appointment fee. Extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case by case basis.

Shannon has always been fascinated by the amazing capacity of the body to heal itself. After experiencing multiple injuries and finding relief through massage therapy, Shannon developed a desire to further understand this biological response and use this understanding to help others find relief from their pain. With this goal in mind, Shannon completed an intensive 3 years of training at the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy, earning her Registered Massge Therapist designation in 2005. In addition to her training at the OVCMT, Shannon has additional training in a variety of areas including muscle energy therapy, myofascial work, deep tissue massage, cranio-sacral therapy and visceral massage.
